Awareness Through Movement ® aka "Not Yoga" classes are fun, low to medium-impact movement lessons available at the Movement Works studio or online.

A comprehensive and personalised 1-hour hands-on session, designed to meet your specific needs.
Called Functional Integration ® these sessions focus on your skeleton, muscles and nervous system to unlock your potential for easy, pain-free movement.

WORKSHOPS
Movement Works hosts regular workshops throughout the year. The workshops are a perfect opportunity for taking a deeper dive into your breathing, walking posture and pelvic floor.
