Movement Works has a range of classes, workshops and individual sessions to transform the way you move and feel from the inside out. 

 

"NOT YOGA" CLASSES

 

Awareness Through Movement ® aka "Not Yoga" classes are fun, low to medium-impact movement lessons available in-person or online.

Each week you explore different series of movements to improve your flexibility, coordination and balance. Feel more relaxed, aware and confident in your movement and everyday life.

Monday        5.30pm -  6.30pm

Tuesday       9.30am-  10.30am (online)

Wednesday  5.30pm - 6.30pm

Thursday      9.00am - 10.00am

INDIVIDUAL SESSION

A comprehensive and personalised 1-hour hands-on session, designed to meet your specific needs.

 

Called Functional Integration ® these sessions bring together your skeleton, muscles and nervous system to unlock your potential for easy, pain-free movement. 

 

Gain knowledge and practical tools to enjoy long lasting results and keep you moving well for life.

 

WORKSHOPS

 

Movement Works hosts regular workshops throughout the year. The workshops are a perfect opportunity for taking a deeper dive into your breathing, posture and pelvic floor.
