Awareness Through Movement ® aka "Not Yoga" classes are fun, low to medium-impact movement lessons.
Each week you explore different series of movements to improve your flexibility, coordination and balance. Feel more relaxed, aware and confident in your movement and everyday life.

Called Functional Integration ® these sessions bring together your skeleton, muscles and nervous system to unlock your potential for easy, pain-free movement.

Movement Works hosts regular workshops throughout the year. The workshops are a perfect opportunity for taking a deeper dive into your breathing, posture and pelvic floor.
